Pietro Ferrero
Pietro Ferrero has extensive experience in Russia assisting corporate clients since 2005. He is considered one of the few Italian experts in post-Soviet Russian law and is the Managing Partner of Carnelutti Russia Law Firm since 2011.
Pietro regularly assists multiple international companies operating in the Russian Federation's many economic areas.
In particular, he conducts ordinary and extraordinary transactions in corporate law, JV, compliance and governance matters, construction, and contractual law.
Pietro holds an Italian Law degree from the University of Turin and acquired specialized legal training both in Italy and Russia. He also has an MSc degree in business law from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
